How a day works
About ten seconds, once a day.
Answer four small questions about the day you just had.
One tap for each pillar you kept, in about ten seconds.
Every pillar you kept grows a tree.
A full week is twenty-eight of them, and you can swipe back through the weeks you have grown.

What the research says
Habits take their own time.
In one study, 96 volunteers each chose an eating, drinking or activity behaviour to carry out every day for 12 weeks. Among those whose progress could be modelled, the time it took for the behaviour to become close to as automatic as it would get ranged from 18 to 254 days. Skipping one day along the way changed nothing the researchers could measure.
One study, of simple daily behaviours. It looked at a single missed day rather than a missed week, and it did not study DinFit.

In DinFit nothing wilts, and there is no streak to break. A day you missed is a day you missed.
Made for Muslims
You already know you can do this.
For thirty days a year you eat with intention, pray on time, and train around both. Nothing about you changes on the first of Shawwal. The structure does, and this is that structure.
Prayer times, if you want them. Choose your town and the five arrive in their time.
- Fajr
- Dhuhr
- Asr
- Maghrib
- Isha
Or Recharge: the same fourth lane, the same tree, for a pause you choose each day.

What it does
What DinFit does, and what it does not.
The daily check-in.
Four pillars, one tap each, in about ten seconds.
A living garden.
Every kept pillar grows a tree, and a full week is twenty-eight of them.
Your week, kept.
Swipe back through the weeks you have already grown, and share one if you want to.
Prayer times, if you want them.
Choose your town and the five arrive in their time. If you would rather not put your prayers inside an app, choose Recharge instead: the same fourth lane, the same tree, for a pause you choose each day.
Reminders that fit the day.
Worked out on your phone, so they arrive with no signal, and never more than two a day.
It works offline.
Every check-in is written on the phone first and syncs when it can.
What it does not do.
It does not count your calories for you, score you, or tell you what went wrong. There are no streak punishments and nothing wilts. A day you missed is a day you missed.
Your data.
Your body stats and faith settings are never counted in analytics. You can export everything the app holds as a file, and you can delete your account from inside the app. Read the privacy policy.

Questions
Before you start.
What does DinFit cost?
DinFit is free to try for 7 days. After the trial, a subscription opens the daily check-in, yearly or monthly, and your own price shows on the App Store. Everything you have already grown stays readable, shareable and exportable, whether or not a subscription is running.
Do I have to put my prayers in an app?
No. Prayer times are there if you want them. If you would rather not, choose Recharge instead: the same fourth lane, the same tree, for a pause you choose each day.
Can I use it without a gym?
Yes. Training is one tap for the day you moved, however that looked. There is no exercise logging.
What happens to my data?
Your body stats and faith settings are never counted in analytics. You can export everything the app holds as a file, and you can delete your account from inside the app. The privacy policy has the detail.
Does it work offline?
Every check-in is written on the phone first and syncs when it can.
A week passes either way.
At the end of it, the garden shows what you actually did.
